Pumpkin Farm

Here are pictures from our trip to The Farm with the Gray family. We lucked out with no rain...woo hoo!  You'll notice that Heidi is either in the stroller or wheelbarrow and not wearing shoes because that crazy kid is not walking yet. 18 months and still crawling, when will this girl get moving?!?

Crystal Mountain

Last weekend we headed up to Crystal Mountain for a night getaway. We were invited to a wedding for one of Brian's friends from high school and it was "strongly preferred" to not bring children. We dropped the kids off with the Grandparents' and had a great time enjoying the wedding and beautiful weather. The next day we took the gondola up to the top of the mountain, hiked around, snapped some photos and had lunch up there (the restaurant up there is called the Summit House and claims to be the highest elevation restaurant point in the state).
Overall, it was a fun little excursion and Brian had fun catching up with some of his old friends.

First Day of School

Oregon Coast

For our last big vacation this year, we took a trip to Lincoln City, OR with our friends Theresa, Joe and Alaina. We rented a house right off the beach and even though the weather was crazy windy and/or foggy we enjoyed a fun and relaxing vacation. The kids were all very well behaved and I'll take good behavior over good weather any day.

Remlinger Farm

We got a groupon deal for Remlinger Farm in Carnation and enjoyed a day of family fun (and we baked a little in the sun too-note the red faces in many of the pictures).

On the way home we were searching for an ice cream shop and happened upon a big BBQ cook off in Duvall. For a dollar you could get a huge sample from all the various places. We all had our fill after $8. It was awesome.

Zoo Day

My uncle Gary, Aunt Cybele and cousin Shelby were up visiting from CA so a bunch of the family took a trip to the zoo. It ended up being quite a turn out, I think we had a total of 18 people parading around.
