Last Friday Brian took the day off so we took the opportunity to make a family trip to the zoo. The weather was a bit dreary, but the rain held off and the crowds were small so it worked out well. Sometimes it seems that these trips are as much work as they are fun, but overall the kids behaved. There were no tantrums, injuries, or fights...in mommy terms that makes it a success!

Well just think, if you didn't put in all that work, the kids would never get to have any fun. Cheers to hard work and happy kids! Their smiles say it all.
